Integrated care management (ICM) is a professional home care provider in the state of Maryland. License by Maryland department of health and mental hygiene. ICM is a qualified provider of Autism Waiver Services under the Maryland state department of education. ICM provide professional counselling and training to improve the lives of Autism children and their families.

Duties:

 New client processing

o Ensure paperwork for new clients are placed into appropriate Binder

 Recruit staff

o Ensure credential requirements.

o Ensure training requirements.

o Determine staff availability.

o Screen staff for potential cases based on credentials and availability

o Forward list of names to Quality control in Largo for additional screening

o Assist with “fill-in of all call-out employees.

 Reports

o Prepare reports as directed by Administrator

o Maintain computerized client/patient and employee lists. Update on a daily basis.

 Collate time sheets and notes for delivery to corporate office.

 Review documentation for employee signatures (call employee to sign when necessary)

 Understand the use of the phone system.

o Answer all phone calls.

o Take messages; pass it along to appropriate staff on timely manner.

Make all appropriate phone calls as needed or directed by the supervisor.
