Lexington Healthcare Training Institute, a new career school offering affordable CNA and other healthcare courses, is looking for a dynamic, motivated Marketing/PR & Community Outreach Coordinator. This person will be responsible for promoting the institute and its program through various marketing strategies. The role includes community outreach, cold calling, distributing marketing materials, and managing social media for both the school and another agency.
Qualifications
Proven experience in marketing, public relations or community outreach.
Must have experience with computer programs such as Microsoft Powerpoint, Word, Excel, and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe)
Must be comfortable with cold-calling and direct outreach.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Social media management experience is a must.
Degree or certification in Marketing, Communications or a related field is required.
Additional Requirements:
Pre-employment drug screening and testing are required.
Applicants must have a strong work ethic, be self motivaated and able to work independently.
Must be able to work in both the Oxon Hill and Lexington Park area ( transportation and drivers license required).
