Are you ready for an opportunity to be a part of the senior leadership team and establish a world class HR department? We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a strong generalist background to set up and run the daily functions of our newly created Human Resources department.
As a department of one you will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, training & development, policy & compliance, and employee relations for our established company. As a member of the senior leadership team we will count on you to champion the HR needs of our organization.
We're looking for a superstar with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, at least 5 years of experience in multiple facets of human resource management, HR certification, and strong Microsoft Office Suite skills to dive in to this full-time role.
