Job Description:
Assist client with ADL function
Escort client from bus to destination
Assess skin condition daily, report any impaired and provide appropriate care,
Assist client before and after meal time as needed
Assist client with dressing and undressing as necessary,
Teach client to make bed if within treatment plan
Assist client bowel and bladder functions (i.e. take to bathroom, commode etc) and training program of part of care plan
Report any and every incident of falling, bruising, laceration to supervisor
