Providing personal care services in private homes.

L.P.N JOB DESCRIPTION:

Providing Skilled Nursing Services in private homes

RN JOB DESCRIPTION

(1) Supervise RN, LPN, CNA, CNA with MEDS

(2) Provide training to Nursing Staff

(3) Prepare and Review MAR

(4) Prepare Plan of cares

(5) Review progress Notes
