Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to lead our Autism Therapeutic Integration Program. The Program Director will be responsible for overseeing therapeutic services, designing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring effective family engagement and program implementation tailored to children and youth on the autism spectrum.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct client intakes and initial assessments
Develop and update individualized treatment plans
Perform ongoing clinical assessments to evaluate progress
Provide family consultations and support services
Develop and implement appropriate therapeutic program activities
Oversee and ensure the safety and effectiveness of all program components
Supervise and collaborate with staff to maintain high-quality service delivery
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Special Education, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience working in autism or behavioral intervention programs
Licensure as a Psychologist, Certified Social Worker (LCSW-C), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) required
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
