Quick books skills are a must. (Entry level is acceptable, willing to train)
Data entry
Run Credit Card Payments
Invoicing
Deposits
Reconcile Accounts
All paperwork/Licenses for TPA's
PNL, Flash Report, & Balance Sheets
Auto Insurance , registration, repair tracking
Answer incoming calls
Assist with team scheduling.
Assist owners, managers and project managers.
