Tayman Painting & Construction is a local general contractor seeking to hire a well-rounded project manager to join our team. We are a highly recommended and busy company that primarily focuses on fire, water, and wind restoration projects in collaboration with insurance companies.
The project manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. This position also entails managing field crews and subcontractors.
Key responsibilities include obtaining selections, ordering materials, updating all clients, and handling any other necessary tasks. Applicants must be able to read the scope of work using Xactimate and Symbility. A background in construction is essential, and we prefer candidates to have at least 2 years of experience as a project manager in a general construction company.
