ASRC Federal Data Networx is expanding its portfolio in the Audio/Video & Unified Communications space and is seeking a Program Manager to join our growing team. If you have experience in government contracting and leading a team of 20 or more A/V technicians and UC Engineers, we'd like to talk with you today.
- Leads and guides a team of twenty (20)+ Audio Visual and Unified Communications Engineers at varying skill levels (entry level to senior level)
- Facilitates Government-Contractor communications and serves as the primary technical and managerial interface among the Contractor, Contracting Officer and COR.
- Plans, initiates and manages A/V and UC technology projects
- Oversees engineers providing real-time support to end users by defining, communicating and monitoring compliance with standard operating procedures
- Monitors progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met
- Possesses and applies expertise on multiple, complex work assignments
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (IT, Business Administration, etc.)
- 7+ years of related program/project management experience
- Experience using the MS Suite to include MS Project and MS Visio for project plans and artifacts
- Experience overseeing the coordination of virtual and in-person events with large audiences
- Experience managing a vast portfolio of technologies that enable Unified Communications and streaming, Section 508 compliance, video projection, audio leveling and mixing, conference room design and configuration, server management, equipment troubleshooting and repair/maintenance, and knowledge management databases
- Experience communicating detailed technical information in simplified methods to aid in customer adoption of new tools and technology enhancements
- Experience transforming vague or incomplete vision of projects into clear and actionable tasks resulting in enhanced or new service offerings
- Experience working with the highest levels of client leadership and recognizing key stakeholders
- Experience implementing ITIL best practices for Service Delivery
- Experience creating and maintaining a knowledge base for internal standard operating procedures
- Experience overseeing a work ticketing system that can track work performed and automate steps in the service delivery process
- Experience being the interface with CO/COTR and having responsibility for technical and financial performance of the program
- PMP certification is a plus
