This role requires extensive experience in large transformation projects and multiple SAP S4 and “bolt on systems” implementations. Experience with supply chain and commercial applications, such as Blue Yonder, Maximo, Transportation Management, Trade Promotion Management, and Product Lifecyle Management systems, is highly desirable. Experience in implementing a large multi–business unit solution with SAP as the core is desirable as well. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to work with business leaders to re-engineer business processes, incorporating best practices and the corresponding technology to support them.The salary range for this position is $165,000 - $247,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).In addition to the base salary, Perdue offers a competitive benefits package, including medical/Rx, 401(k) with employer match after 1 year, critical illness, accident insurance, dental, vison, life insurance, optional group life insurance, short-term and long-term disability protection, flexible spending accounts and paid time off.Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Partnering with Business Leads and IT Leads, assisting with the design and implementation of new and enhanced business processes and the corresponding technology to support them. Ensure best practices and standard system processes are followed as much as possible.
Guide the SAP S4 implementation ensuring business and technical requirements are met considering cross capability integration needs.
Lead a multi-business unit approach to Perdue Farms systems creating an Eco-Systems of solutions for Perdue Farms.
Integrate supply chain and commercial applications into the overall IT architecture.
Develop and maintain application architecture blueprints, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization through system integration.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to SAP S4 HANA development and support teams, to include functional and technical resources.
Conduct regular reviews of existing applications and recommend improvements.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
Minimum Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in IT program/portfolio management, with a focus on large transformation projects. Master’s degree preferred.The ideal candidate will also have:
Proven experience with multiple large SAP S4 implementations.
Familiarity with supply chain and commercial applications, including Blue Yonder, Maximo, Transportation Management systems, Product Lifecyle Management, and Trade Promotion Management systems.
Strong understanding of application architecture frameworks and methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience Preferred
Certifications in SAP S4 HANA.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
Environmental Factors and Physical RequirementsPosition is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.
