ManTech is seeking a Jr Risk analyst to become an integral part of our Combat Integration and Identification Systems Engineering teamJob Summary:Successful candidates are responsible for gathering and analyzing information from multiple Navy and Contractor entities to prepare reports, documents, track action items, effectively solve problems, recommend improvements, and actively keep division leadership informed of status. In addition, the risk analyst will work with leadership to identify, assess, and prioritize risks. Qualified candidates will have some,. Position is a hybrid of on-site and remote in St Inigoes, MD at Webster Field.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist project leads with drafting, updating, and reviewing risks and associated mitigation steps and preparing them for presentation
Support managers in developing a risk management plan and assist with planning, monitoring, prioritizing risks, and performing risk mitigation planning
Reviewing, updating, and managing configuration of technical documentation
Providing oversight of small projects and improvement initiatives
Analyzing and updating processes for improved efficiency
Provide monthly status updates on risks for all projects to Division Branch Heads and Principal Engineer
Minimum Qualifications:
1-5 years of experience in risk analysis or data analysis
Bachelor Degree from an accredited college or university
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates should be self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Experience using Microsoft tools is critical as various programs are used for status tracking, technical editing, presenting information, providing earned value metrics, and responding quickly to data calls
Experience supporting the DOD; particularly in the area risk management, analysis, and mitigation and should be comfortable with collection, reviewing and presenting data to DOD customers and support personal
Clearance Requirements:
Must have a current and active Secret Security Clearance or able to obtain and Interim
