We are seeking an organized and efficient Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Rockville, MD. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our recruitment efforts and ensuring a smooth hiring process for both candidates and hiring managers.Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting through to onboardingSchedule interviews between candidates and hiring managersManage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and appropriate spreadsheets with candidate information and statusScreen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings with potential candidatesPrepare and distribute offer letters and other recruitment-related documentsCollaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptionsMaintain a database of potential candidates for future openingsAssist in organizing and attending job fairs and recruitment eventsEnsure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulationsSupport the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talentConduct thorough reference checks to validate candidate qualifications, work history, and professional conductWork with high volumes of data for import/export and maintain data quality and talent pipelinesManage company’s social media accounts: Create/post content to boost social media presence, capture company culture and engage the communityAdhere to the highest degree of professionalism and strict confidentiality on matters that require discretionOther duties as needed
