Description We are seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to support, maintain, and optimize our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and managing the platform to meet business needs while ensuring system stability, performance, and security.Key Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including upgrades, configurations, and enhancements.
Configure and customize ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
Develop and maintain workflows, UI policies, business rules, scripts, and automation to improve processes.
Manage user access, roles, and permissions to ensure data security and compliance.

create custom forms and workflows
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with ServiceNow support as needed.
Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Support integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise applications.
Stay updated on new ServiceNow features and best practices to improve platform capabilities.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience administering and configuring ServiceNow.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, etc.).
Familiarity with Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and Workflow Editor.
Understanding of CMDB management and asset tracking.
HR Service Delivery is a plus
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve platform issues efficiently.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
