- Strong test mindset
- Test strategy/planning
- Leadership/ability to manage a team of 3-5 SDETs
- AWS
- Prefer to have AWS as a must-have but may consider changing it to a nice-to-have ONLY if the person is a rockstar: I know ec2 is a server is NOT sufficient.
- Candidate should at least understand what the team is talking about if they walk through an AWS application thats deployed using dif services
