Description:
Seeking two Facilities Maintenance Technicians with experience working in a commercial setting.
Candidates will be responsible for completing preventative maintenance dictated by PM schedule.
Responsible for troubleshooting and determining root cause of equipment failures / issues pertaining to plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems.
Repair / replace parts for mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
Assist with equipment installs as needed.
Will be a part of the on call rotation.
Record all PM's and repairs in tracking system for facilities department.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
Valid Driver's License
5 years’ of trades experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified, seven 7 years’ preferred
