Compliance Coordinator

Job Description: The Compliance Coordinator is expected to proactively keep client websites compliant with specific OEM brand standards each month. Additionally, the Compliance Coordinator will keep internal knowledge base articles up-to-date with evolving OEM brand guidelines and provide superior customer service. The Compliance Coordinator is also expected to manage client expectations and communicate with DealerOn's business partners. This is a remote entry-levelposition reporting to the Manager of Compliance and OEM. Essential Functions:

Answer questions regarding brand compliance guidelines

Submit websites and website content to the manufacturer for review

Analyze brand and program compliance reports provided by the manufacturer

Correct infractions to make websites adhere to compliance guidelines

Communicating infractions in customers’ purview for correction

Communicate issues clearly to internal resources

Work with internal departments to fulfil all program requirement related requests

Prepare or update internal compliance training

Manage and oversee multiple projects

Required Skills/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training

1-2 years of prior experience in website content management

1 year of experience in verbal and written communication in both business to business and business to customer communications

Perform effectively in environments with frequent workload changes and competing demands

Work independently and within the team to complete assignments with limited guidance

Preferred Skills/Experience:

3 years’ experience

Basic Knowledge of HTML and CSS

Previous brand compliance experience a plus

Knowledge of SalesForce and JIRA

The salary range for this position is $37,500 - $66,300.The maximum range shown represents your earning potential with DealerOn for the life time of the role.
