EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:The scope of this SOW encompasses candidate support for notice development and maintenance in xPression.Candidate must have the following requirements.
Must possess 5+ years hands–on expertise in xPression development and improvement
Must possess experience with xDesign development tool, 5 years
Must possess 5 experience with xAdmin
Must possess 5 years of experience with XML Knowledge
DELIVERABLES (Subject to Change):
Notice Header, Body and Stub Redesign and/or creation
Notice Specification Redesign and/or creation
Notice Document Style and Format
Weekly status updates with Client
Aid in trouble shooting any production problems and provide product support for the taxpayer notices in xPression.
Conducting basic xPression training classes yearly for a small number (2-3) Client employees.
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE:
Base Year is January 30, 2024 through October 10, 2024 and may be extended.
PLACE OF PERFORMANCE
All work under this effort shall be performed at candidate telework site. Occasional travel to the client site located at Lanham MD 20706 may be required.
SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must be able to pass an IRS Minimum Background Investigation (MBS) security background check. Candidate must be up to date on all tax filing and payments, if not, candidate will not be considered.
Work Hours
Work hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 PM. All Government holidays are non-work days.
Pay Rate Range: $45.00-$56.25/hr depending on experienceBenefits (Full-Time, W2 Employees – at least 30 hours per week):
