Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Finance Manager at our location in Reisterstown, Maryland, United States. The role involves a range of finance-related tasks and operations in the telecom industry. The candidate will have the opportunity to work with accounting software systems such as ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ADP - Financial Services, among others. Responsibilities: Oversee the financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes Implement and maintain accounting software systems for efficient financial management Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards Manage and conduct audits to ensure accuracy and transparency in financial operations Oversee the management of capital expenditure (CapEx) Manage accounting functions and ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date Collaborate with various teams to provide financial insights and guide business decisions Develop and implement strategies for financial performance improvement Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management and stakeholders Drive the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes. Requirements Proficient in Accounting Software Systems Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning Experience in managing various Accounting Functions Proven skills in Auditing Knowledge of Budget Processes Adequate understanding of Compliance procedures in finance Ability to lead a finance team effectively Strong communication and presentation skills Excellent problem-solving abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Proven experience as a Finance Manager Advanced MS Excel skills Strong organizational skills Attention to detail Good ethical conduct Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations.
