Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planning Specialist with direct experience in NAVAIR (Naval Air Systems Command) maintenance planning requirements. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the development and execution of maintenance planning documentation, asset management, and resource dispositioning. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, with some travel required to depot and subcontractor facilities. Ideal candidate has NAVAIR experience and has meticulous attention to detail and is able to work independently. Duties:

Develop and execute maintenance planning documentation in accordance with NAVAIR standards.

Support asset management efforts, ensuring efficient tracking, allocation, and dispositioning of resources.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including depot personnel and subcontractors, to ensure smooth maintenance operations.

Provide analysis and recommendations for optimizing maintenance schedules, resource allocation, and system readiness.

Ensure compliance with all NAVAIR maintenance planning and documentation guidelines.

Travel to depot and subcontractor facilities as needed to support maintenance operations and planning activities.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience with NAVAIR Maintenance Planning requirements is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of maintenance planning documentation processes, asset management, and resource disposition.

Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active Secret Clearance.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with strong communication and coordination skills.

Willingness to travel as needed to support depot and subcontractor activities.

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Aviation, or Maintenance Management) is preferred.

Prior experience working within NAVAIR or other Department of Defense maintenance environments.

Knowledge of government contracting, defense systems, and lifecycle management processes.

Proficiency with maintenance planning software and tools.

Travel Required: Up to 30% to depot and subcontractor facilities
