Our Mission, Vision, and Values guide the way we do business.Leidos seeks qualified and trained Information System Security specialist focused on providing Video Teleconferencing and Audio/Visual support to U.S. Marine Corps Forces Cyberspace Command (MARFORCYBER) through MARFORCYBER G6. The position supports overall ITmaintenance and system administration support to MARFORCYBER and Marine Corps Cyberspace Warfare Group (MCCYWG) which includes support to computer networks, telephone services, and VTC services.Primary Responsibilities
Provide direct support to range of Video Teleconferencing (VTC) and Audio/Visual Systems (AVS) supporting MARFORCYBER and MCCYWG teleconferencing architecture and related systems. Support will incorporate, but not limited to:
Scheduling platforms
User endpoints (Desktop VTC (DVTC))
Multipoint bridging and gateway devices; and
Integrating video, Secure VTC (SVTC), and DVTC capacities into other systems (e.g., VoIP teleconferencing, enterprise infrastructure services);
Support to Video and VTC operations and maintenance services include, but are not limited to:
Operating and maintaining the video, SVTC, and DVTC management systems.
Repairs and configuration of directly related infrastructure
Capacity and availability monitoring
Performance tuning of network and systems
Troubleshooting, and testing associated equipment
Performing account management (adding, modifying, deleting video, SVTC, and DVTC accounts)
Deploying services and hardware upgrades
Provide teleconference, video, and VTC installation, operations, and maintenance services
Respond to incidents and outages; taking corrective actions to resolve the issue; and
escalating issues that cannot be resolved
Design, install, integrate, and manage existing video and video teleconferencing systems
DVTC and room-based secure video teleconferencing SVTC as well as support all upgrade activities or improvements to those systems.
Assist with protocol standardization efforts and interoperability
Define needed conferencing capabilities
Pre-coordinate known service interruptions and outages
Seamlessly work across multiple networks: Non-Classified Internet Protocol Router (NIPR), Secure Internet Protocol (SIPR), and Top-Secret networks
Mentor mid-level and junior staff
Basic Qualifications
Top Secret security clearance and eligible for access to SCI w/Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph or ability to obtain CI poly by contract start date
4 yrs. experience in designing, planning, configuring, programing, trouble-shooting, and scheduling VTC and AVSor
4 yrs. experience in working with VTC and AVS scheduling platforms, user endpoints (desktop VTC), multiple bridging, and gateway devices or
4 yrs. experience w/integrating video, SVTC, and DVTC capacities into other systems (e.g., VoIP teleconferencing, enterprise infrastructure services); Video and VTC operations and maintenance services including:
Operating and maintaining video, SVTC, and DVTC management systems Performing basic repairs and configuration of directly related infrastructure Capacity and availability monitoring Performance tuning of network and systems Troubleshooting and testing associated equipment Account management (adding, modifying, deleting video, SVTC, and DVTC accounts) Deploying services and hardware upgrades
Three (3) yrs. experience in responding to incidents and outages; taking corrective actions to resolve issues; and escalating issues that cannot be resolved.
Three (3) yrs. experience in the supervision of installation and post-installation service and maintenance of VTC and AVS.
Preferred Qualifications
BA/BS degree with 10+ years of experience providing VTC and AVS support across the Department of Defense (DoD) or the Intelligence Community (IC)
Prior experience supporting MARFORCYBER/MCCYWG operation in any capacity
Prior experience with USMC support to Joint operations across multiple warfighting domains
Prior experience with Cyber Operations in any capacity
Desired Certifications: ITIL v3 – Foundation; DoD 8570 IAT Level II (CCNA Security, COMPTIA CySA+, COMPTIA Security + CE, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP)
