We are seeking a talented and certified Interior Designer to join our team in the North East region of the United States. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional interior spaces that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.Develop comprehensive interior design concepts for residential and commercial projectsCollaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to understand project requirements and constraintsCreate detailed design plans, including space layouts, lighting schemes, and material selectionsUtilize CAD software and 3D modeling tools to produce accurate design drawings and visualizationsSelect and specify furniture, fixtures, equipment, and finishes that align with design concepts and budgetsEnsure compliance with building codes, regulations, and accessibility standardsManage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and budget constraintsPresent design concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholdersOversee project implementation, coordinating with contractors and vendors to ensure design integrityStay current with industry trends, innovative materials, and sustainable design practices
