Our operations are known for speed, accuracy, and exceptional service, something that couldn't Automation team.Job Description:As an Automation Lead, you would have the exciting opportunity to lead service technicians on the team in the installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment. You would also support the Operations team by designing solutions for difficult problems and managing projects. This role involves training and mentoring service technicians and contract technicians.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Maintaining and troubleshooting all conveyor systems in the building
Leading and auditing preventative maintenance procedures
Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various control components
Creating and closing out work orders with data including labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts used
Developing training plans for service technicians
Developing work plans for emergency repair of critical assets
Ability to move up to 49lbs as well as stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours
We are looking for someone with at least one year of relevant experince working with automated equipment and leadership experince.
