Assistant Property Manager

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager in Lutherville, Maryland. Our new team member will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including invoices, collections, and reconciliations of accounts. Responsibilities: Generate and send out invoices to tenants in a timely manner Track and update past due tenant balances regularly to ensure accuracy Conduct collection calls when necessary, maintaining professionalism and courtesy File paperwork Reconcile tenant accounts regularly to ensure all payments and charges are correct Utilize various software, including Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP, to perform duties efficiently and accurately Maintain up-to-date records and data entry to ensure smooth operations Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) duties, including billingRequirements Possess a minimum of one year of experience in an Assistant Property Manager role or similar. Demonstrated proficiency in account reconciliation. Familiarity with billing processes and procedures. Proficient in data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy. Previous experience in invoice processing. Experience with QuickBooks preferred.
