Description:Our client is one of the top Engineering and Construction firms in the country that has continuously grown/expanded to become a dominant player in both the Energy and Telecommunications Verticals in the Mid-Atlantic. They have multiple different business units across the Telecommunications sector, but this need will specifically be supporting the ISP (inside plant) group. The ISP group has multiple different clients/contracts, but one of their largest that needs support involves MAC (move, add, change) work. With the continuous growth of their ISP division, they are in need of a Project Admin to support this telecom team. This admin will be responsible for supporting the project managers in various duties such as invoicing, purchase orders, scheduling, creating spreadsheets to track various tasks (Equipment, Certifications), etc. This resource needs to be a team player, have computer literacy, and be able to communicate across various stakeholders. Looking for someone that wants to grow within the company and is a team player.Top Skills Details:
Experience performing administrative duties (Telecommunications industry preferred)
Intermediate experience within Word and Excel (Create basic spreadsheets)
