Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Linthicum, Maryland. This role is pivotal in facilitating customer interactions, order entry, pricing delivery, and updates on delivery tracking information. This position is an on-site role and offers a contract employment opportunity. The incumbent will be part of a team that is currently undergoing transformations and hence, adaptability will be a key trait.Responsibilities: Handle inbound phone calls and address customer issues, questions, and concerns effectively Identify the status of an order and provide timely updates to customers Assist in order entry and pricing delivery tasks Help with tracking delivery information and provide updates to customers as necessary Use the ERP system (JD Edwards/Oracle or similar) effectively for customer service tasks Maintain a customer-centric approach and ensure customer satisfaction at all times Work closely with the manufacturing team to understand product availability and delivery timelines Use Microsoft Office Suite for various administrative tasks related to customer service Demonstrate strong database management skills to maintain accurate customer records Be tactful, detail-oriented, and friendly in all customer interactions. Requirements Proven experience in a customer service or customer experience role Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database management Demonstrated ability to manage customer accounts effectively Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence Experience in customer success strategies implementation Knowledge of Oracle or similar database systems Previous experience in a manufacturing company is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Great problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment High level of professionalism and integrity Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently Flexible to work in shifts if required.
