Accounts Receivable Manager

Description We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager for our client based in Laurel, Maryland. This role involves handling their accounting software systems, cash activity, and system implementation processes. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing Functions, and Check Processing. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the entire accounts receivable process Implement and maintain financial services systems such as ADP and NetSuite Use Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze accounting data Handle billing functions and ensure all invoices are issued in a timely manner Monitor cash activity and manage check processing procedures Utilize NetSuite for various accounting operations Implement system improvements to enhance the efficiency of accounting processes Reconcile accounts on a regular basis Address and resolve customer credit inquiries and issues Monitor customer credit accounts and take necessary actions to collect delinquent paymentRequirements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Demonstrated knowledge of Accounting Functions Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) Familiarity with Billing Functions Ability to handle Cash Activity Experience in Check Processing Proficiency in using NetSuite Experience in System Implementation Strong skills in Account Reconciliation Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
