Description Robert Half is currently working with a client looking to fill a Cash Application Specialist position. The Cash Application Specialist will work with the accounts receivable department to process high volume transactions. The Cash Application Specialist will ideally have experience working in a high-volume environment and previous accounts receivable experience. This could be the role for you if you are a Cash Application Specialist!What you get to do every day
Assist in managing customer database accounts
Post daily payments including checks to customer accounts, wires and ACH credit transfers
Process and reconcile remittances and accounts receivables
Address discrepancies such as payment issues
Perform weekly general ledger reports Requirements - 2+ years working in an accounts receivable department
Ability to enter data into various electronic systems while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data
Demonstrated knowledge of Cash Applications
Ability to multitask and attention to detail are critical
Must maintain a high level of accuracy and be detail oriented
