Description: Collaborate with recruitment interviewing and hiring efforts. Collaborate maintaining employee engagement programs (employee of the month, outings, rewards, surveys, birthdays, et.) Collaborate maintaining Insurance Policies: Health, Life, Workers Comp, etc. Assess and advise on optimization of workflows. Coordinate HR projects to engage and enrich company culture and promote team integration Identify gaps on manufacturing training programs that result in more skilled, engaged, productive, and innovative environment. Assess and advise on the design and administration of compensation programs Contribute to the development and quality review of current processes and methodologies to ensure greater efficiency and greater project quality Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.) Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees Maintain HR compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment including updating records and databases to current laws Maintain and collaborate drafting and creating company compensation and benefits plans Manage dues and subscriptions: Renewals, changes, and terminations Create and implement trainings for best practices in manufacturingExperience Level:Intermediate LevelAbout Aston Carter: Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
