Accounts Payable Manager

Description Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to oversee our AP department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable processes and a proven track record of managing a team. As the AP Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.Responsibilities:Supervise and lead the AP team, including hiring, training, and performance managementOversee the day-to-day operations of the AP department, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and paymentsReview and approve invoices, expense reports, and payment requestsMaintain vendor records and resolve any issues or discrepanciesDevelop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracyEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsPrepare and analyze AP reports for management reviewAssist with month-end close processes as neededRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field5+ years of experience in accounts payable, with at least 2 years in a supervisory roleStrong knowledge of accounts payable processes and best practicesProficiency in accounting software and MS ExcelExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with strong analytical skills Requirements NetSuite, Invoice Processing, Vendor Payment Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
