Job Description

Managing our customer's design needs!

The successful candidate would join a CRM team where:

  • You will support and initiate external communication with new and existing customers
  • Work with current systems in place to deliver optimum client and customer satisfaction

Summary of Key Activities:

  • Daily targetsmeet both customer and commercial needs, at all times.
  • Work with the Senior CRM Managers to help implement ongoing marketing campaigns that improve customer engagement and insight
  • Report back oninsights and reporting behind all acquisition activity (Weekly/Monthly)
  • Ensure the acquisition pipelineplan operates to its optimum.

Qualifications

Characteristics, skills, and experience required

Character:

  • Excellent focus.
  • Ability to grasp complex technical concepts.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Flexibility to take on tasks outside daily duties.

Office skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages.
  • Knowledge of Excel.
  • CRM software

Education / Qualification:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Above average written and verbal communication skills
