Description We are offering a job opportunity for a Call Center Specialist in Hyattsville, Maryland, 20785, United States. This role involves answering inbound client calls, recording client information, and passing requests along to the scheduler. It's a contract employment opportunity that requires skills in CRM, Management System, About Time, Answering Inbound Calls, Call Center Operations, Communication, and Complaint Handling.Responsibilities: Answer inbound client calls in a professional and timely manner Record client information accurately using CRM and Management System Effectively manage and pass client request to the scheduler Utilize the 'About Time' software for efficient time management Ensure smooth Call Center Operations through effective communication and complaint handling Address client complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality with client information Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery Continuously improve knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information to clients Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed. Requirements Proven experience in a call center or a similar customer service setting. Proficiency in CRM and Management System tools. Knowledge of "About Time" software. Experience in answering inbound calls and managing call center operations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Proficiency in relevant computer applications. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. High level of professionalism and ability to maintain customer confidentiality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. Knowledge of customer service practices and principles. Excellent data entry and typing skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Willingness to work shifts as needed.
