Description Summary: We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to perform analysis, design, implementation, modification, and daily functional support of all applications. This role is critical in aligning technology solutions with business strategies and ensuring the seamless operation of complex business processes.Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with key stakeholders across all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies.
Gather requirements from business units and translate them for programmers and developers.
Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation decisions.
Utilize informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and identify improvement opportunities.
Support one or more highly complex business processes.
Participate in multiple projects as a project team member.
Serve as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to provide technical solutions that meet user needs.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related field required.
MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
2-4 years of experience required.
Basic knowledge of programming languages to comprehend reading code and basic functions.
Ability to create business solutions that enhance competitive advantage.
Sound judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
Strong project management skills to handle diverse projects simultaneously and meet aggressive deadlines.
Proficiency in solving technical problems/processes and understanding complex details.
Capability to increase operating efficiency and produce high-quality technical solutions.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills to relate to individuals at various systems knowledge levels.
Strong analytical skills to assess complex situations and problems and conduct necessary research using multiple information sources to develop innovative solutions.
