Job Description
- As the Production Manager, you will hold an important role in the Hagerstown Plant Organization. You will report directly to a second line managerial level referred to as an Area Manager. You will support the long term success of the company and Hagerstown by providing leadership.
- He will be supporting the short and mid-term activities for your function and the plant to meet production objectives.
- Responsible for safety, quality, delivery, continuous improvement, people development and cost of the production process. as well as
- Responsible for cascading and involving your team members in the business objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree required.
