Grow. with us.Who we’re looking forCentral Atlantic Toyota Region is looking for a passionate and highly motivated District Service & Parts Manager (DSPM) .The District Service & Parts Manager is the primary point of contact for all dealer service and parts-related activities.Reporting to the Customer Services Field Manager, the person in this role will support Central Atlantic Toyota Regional office’s objective to improve the quality and efficiency of our dealers’ Service and Parts Departments, resulting in better service to Toyota CustomersWhat you’ll be doing:

Serve as the primary point of contact for Toyota Dealers within the assigned district on all Customer Services related activities.

Formation of professional and productive relationships with our Dealer Principals, Dealer Management, and affiliates.

Communicate and administer Toyota service and parts policies, procedures, and philosophies with Toyota dealers to ensure and maximize satisfaction/retention.

Monitor and counsel on the Warranty Performance Index and make Goodwill assistance decisions.

Analyze and recommend improvements to maximize the sale of genuine Toyota parts through dealers while maintaining dealer purchase loyalty and smooth parts supply to Toyota owners.

Continuous review of dealership operational performance as well as consultative follow-up to help drive improvement.

Counsel with dealership management regarding profitability, customer satisfaction, and proper operation of service and parts departments within the assigned district.

Provide leadership by demonstrating good personal organization and time utilization by applying the managerial skills of planning, controlling, and reviewing.

Timely and professional submission of all requested reports, including Contact Reports.

What you bring:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business-related subject or equivalent professional work experience.

Ability to travel up to 80% of the time, including overnight.

Strong communicator and facilitator with proven experience presenting in front of large groups and using video.

Comprehensive understanding of the US auto industry and dealership sales operations.

Ability to learn and train others on core products, emerging technologies, and various program requirements.

Consultative skills in problem-solving, research, analysis, presentation, and attention to detail.

Creative curiosity, hardworking enthusiasm, and a willingness to take risks.

Willing to collaborate in a team environment, organized, and enjoys teaching others.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

This position requires driving. A motor vehicle record that’s acceptable by company standards is required for this position.
