We provide high quality agile digital services, cloud based solutions, and full end to end operational services to multiple Federal agencies such as Department of Homeland Security (USCIS), Social Security Administration, US Census Bureau, Food and Drug Administration, and large commercial entities including Echostar.The successful Salesforce Production Support Analyst will perform the following duties:Responsibilities:
- Support Sales and Service applications across global divisions including North America and Brazil
- Work as part of development team
- Handle and resolve issues escalated from Tier-1 support level
- Support testing of new features and functionalities
- Create test cases, run tests, and prepare test reports
- Serve as a technical expert
- 3 - 5 years of experience supporting Salesforce platform for sales and service
- Good technical knowledge of Salesforce
- Ability to identify, analyze and work to resolve technical issues
- Experience with Salesforce profiles
- Experience in enterprise software quality assurance testing
- Ability to provide expertise in operational and technical aspects of the Salesforce platform
