Skills: 100% remote, MCT, M365, enterprise-level implementations

We are seeking a Microsoft Certified Trainer to work in support of a federal government program. Qualified candidates will have experience delivering on-site and virtual training and experience supporting enterprise-level rollouts. Current MCT credentials required. This is a full telework oppportunity. Location Note: This position will be 100% remote from a U.S. based location. Duties and responsibilities include:
  • Delivering MS training and guidance for certification programs
  • Defining change initiatives for skills, structures, tools, and support mechanisms needed to manage organizational change
  • Supporting organizational adoption of M365 products
  • Working with the technical team to plan and execute an organizational rollout of MS products
Requirements include:
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Current Public Trust clearance or ability to pass a pre-employment Background Investigation to obtain Public Trust (required to start work)
  • 5-10 years of related experience with Microsoft technologies including 3 years of Microsoft experience at the expert level
  • Extensive knowledge of MS products to support technical teams and roll-out activities
  • Current Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) credential
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline; equivalent years of related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Experience delivering both on-site classroom and remote/virtual training
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
