- Manage cloud-based and on-premise computer systems/environments and integrated middleware components, and maintain operations for the enterprise through daily administration and support
- Create/manage workflows integrated with business systems, make application configuration changes, develop reports and dashboards
- Partner with external IT infrastructure/application support teams to manage testing and help resolve IT issues
- Build/implement software and hardware standards/procedures and user/process documentation for computer systems
- Implement/maintain a system business impact assessment to prioritize recovery in the event of a system failure/compromise
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
- 4+ years of experience with relevant business computer systems, operating systems, etc. in the medical device and/or life sciences industries
- 4+ years of experience in business application management and systems administration, computer systems troubleshooting, and project management of small initiatives
