Program Manager

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership, client relationship management, and business development skills. Key Responsibilities Program Operations & Delivery: Ensure the effective execution of projects within scope, schedule, and budget while meeting client expectations. Client Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to the client, proactively identifying needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement. Account Growth & Business Development: Expand the firm's footprint within the account by increasing the number of positions, engagements, and overall value delivered. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of consultants, ensuring high performance and professional development. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain transparent and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and opportunities. Process Improvement & Modernization: Help clients modernize their systems and optimize workflows through innovative strategies and solutions. Financial & Performance Management: Track project financials, resource allocation, and KPIs to ensure efficiency and profitability. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and best practices. Hands-On Leadership: Be actively involved in project execution, providing hands-on guidance and expertise to drive excellence in delivery. Motivation & Growth: Demonstrate a highly motivated attitude to deliver excellence, contribute to company success, and support business expansion efforts.
