As the Director of Admissions, you’ll be at the forefront of connecting individuals and families to compassionate, high-quality care. Your days will be filled with meaningful work that combines strategy, relationship building, and a commitment to excellence.Lead with Insight: Monitor and analyze referral, admission, and discharge trends to guide strategy and improve outcomes.Be the Go-To Liaison: Build strong, collaborative relationships with hospital case managers, discharge planners, and other referral sources to ensure seamless transitions of care.Drive Growth: Develop and execute a targeted marketing and outreach plan that strengthens partnerships with hospitals and referral networks.Assess with Purpose: Review clinical records and collaborate with nursing leadership to ensure appropriate and timely admissions.Own the Process: Manage the admissions process from start to finish—including completion of contracts, insurance verification, and authorization approvals.Spot Opportunities: Identify new referral partnerships and market expansion opportunities to support census goals.Engage the Community: Plan and execute impactful marketing events that showcase the community and build brand visibility.Support the Vision: Assist in developing and managing the marketing budget to align with organizational goals.Lead the Team: Supervise and support the Admissions Coordinator to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all new residents and families.
