This fully remote position is exclusively available to candidates residing in Maryland who are fluent in both English and Spanish.Position Overview: As a Bilingual Member Services Representative, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and retention. You will provide accurate, consistent, timely, and meaningful information to members, customers, patients, and providers. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to member inquiries and issues with professionalism and empathy.
Provide accurate and timely information to members, customers, patients, and providers.
Build and maintain rapport with current and prospective members.
Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and policies.
Utilize computer systems proficiently to manage member information and inquiries.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
Proficiency in computer systems and software.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
