Searching for an experience equipment operator. New construction, concrete and residential demolition, utility work, rough and final grading.
Most work is in Montgomery County and some is in Howard, Frederick and Carroll County.
Work is residential excavation, demolition, concrete removal, grading etc. Some clearing work from time to time but mostly dirt work.
Must haves:
Drivers license
Reliable transportation
Pass drug test
Ability to operate a grease gun and inspect machines for incidental wear/damage. Minimal daily paperwork is required.
Work hours are generally 7 to 3 but some days may extend to 6ish
Some projects will be 8 hours and others may be 12 hour days with the expectation to accumulate 40 hours per week.
We do not work weekends unless there is a significant circumstance which may require a Saturday. (I have no desire to have any Saturday work so don't expect me to ask you to work on a Saturday.)
