Position: Deck Expert/Builder (Contract)
Location: Maryland (Anne Arundel, Baltimore County & City, Frederick, Howard, Montgomery, Prince George’s)
Pay: Competitive, per-job basis
Requirements:
Proven experience in deck construction and repair
Legal documentation to work in the United States (e.g., valid work authorization, contractor licensing as required)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical plans
Skilled in using hand and power tools safely
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Owns necessary tools and equipment (preferred but not mandatory)
Responsibilities:
Constructing, repairing, and maintaining decks according to specifications
Ensuring safety and quality standards are met
Communicating effectively with clients and team members
