Position Summary
We're looking for a motivated, part-time Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this B2B role, you'll identify and engage commercial clients, promote our LED lighting solutions, and help businesses cut their electricity costs and maintenance workload.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify local businesses (offices, warehouses, schools, retail, etc.) for LED lighting upgrades and other energy-saving opportunities
- Conduct on-site consultations to assess customer needs
- Build and smaintain a sales pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
- Track activity and progress using CRM tools
Qualifications
- Basic outside sales experience is preferred but not required
- Clean and put together appearance
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and organized with a results-driven mindset
- Comfortable with light technical discussions (training provided)
- Ability to travel locally for in-person meetings as needed
