Inside Sales – Frederick, MD (Existing clients). Advancement to Outside Sales. 60K – 70K.
We are a long-standing international leader in the building products industry looking to add to our Sales team in our Frederick, MD office. No cold calling, all existing clients! Monday – Friday schedule with future hybrid work once fully trained. We sell high quality building products that add decorative architectural elements to interior spaces.
We are seeking a dynamic individual who has high energy, an outgoing personality and demonstrates true professionalism. As an Inside Sales Rep, you will be taught from the ground floor up on our entire product line, learning how our building materials are manufactured to how they are sold to our clients. This role is the perfect launching pad for you to transition to Outside Sales with increased pay and a company car! Being open to future relocation within the Region is a big plus.
Requirements for Inside Sales Representative:
2 – 5 plus years’ experience in Sales and/or Customer Service.
4- year college degree preferred, but not required.
Some knowledge or interest in building products, construction, or interior design either through a school internship, work experience or personal hobby.
Known for your helpful, outgoing and polite demeanor when dealing with customers.
Excellent communication skills with solid computer skills.
Professional both in how you present yourself and how you interact with others.

Benefits for Inside Sales Rep:
$60,000 to $70,000 to start with extensive training, medical/dental/vision and 401K. Once promoted, you’ll receive a higher base salary and profit share (plus a company car if going into Outside Sales). Some Hybrid work allowed after fully trained. All offers are contingent on successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
