Front Desk Associate—Frederick, MD
Job Responsibilities:
Manage Phone System- screen and direct calls.
Greet and direct visitors to appropriate locations.
Track purchases to assure timely arrival.
Maintain Purchasing files to assure accuracy of purchasing information.
Reconcile credit card receipts.
Maintain office supplies.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and calls as needed.
Assist Finance, Purchasing and HR as needed.
Other Duties, as assigned.
JOB SKILLS
Skilled in basic reading, writing, and math skills.
Ability to resolve problems.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Basic knowledge in Purchasing and Finance
Attendance must be at an acceptable level.
