As our Residential Home Cleaning Crew you are positioned for success through pre-set jobs paired with an uncapped earning potential. Our fixed earning scale ensures you and your crew know exactly how much you're being paid for every home. We use Company Cam for before/after photos that are required for all jobs and provide a stipend each job related to cleaning supplies.
This crew will report directly to our General Manager and be supported by our call center, marketing teams, and customer service representatives.
What we're looking for:
- Crew of 2-4 trained and experienced cleaners who know how to provide excellent customer service while in the home.
- Own reliable transportation, cleaning tools, and good attitude
- Fluent in english with good written communication skills
- Ability to grow volume to meet demand across region
