Pay Rate: $20/hour
Job Type: Full Time, 40+ hours a week.
Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 40 hours a week and will alternate working every other weekend (must work weekends). Overtime is available.
GOLF COURSE MAINTENANCE OPERATOR (EXPERIENCED)
Essential job functions for a golf course operator are but not limited to the following: walk mowing greens, tees & approaches; mowing golf course tees & fairways; mowing roughs and out of play areas; operating tractors; rolling greens; performing golf course set up; performing irrigation system maintenance & repairs; operating chipper & stump grinder; aerate and apply topdressing; sod prep & install
GOLF COURSE MAINTENANCE LABORER (NO EXPERIENCE)
Essential job functions for a golf course laborer are but not limited to the following: raking, edging & trimming bunkers; edging mulch beds & mulch refresh; push mowing; watering flowers & shrubs; filling divots on fairways/tees; cleaning & edging cart paths; edging irrigation heads; string trimming; backpack blowing; collecting clippings
PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES:
Ability to function within dusty environments
Ability to function outdoors for extended periods of time
Ability to work around power equipment with moving parts and operating at high sound levels with adequate hearing and eye protection
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to stand; talk or hear, walk, and use hands to handle, feel or operate objects, tools or controls
The employee is required to sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
The employee must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to focus Ability to be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have your own transportation to the club
Must be able to work as a team member and to follow written/verbal directions
Must be able to work weekends, holidays and flexible hours
Must operate in a Safety First mindset
