You MUST have your own tools and MUST have your own truck to transport material. We are looking for someone who can START IMMEDIATELY.
o Installing Flooring (Vinyl Plank)
o Painting
o Electrical circuits, receptacles, breakers, switches, and fuses
o Light fixtures
o Toilets, sinks, vanities, and disposals
o Caulking
o Minor carpentry repairs
o Window screens and blinds
Property is located in Mt. Airy, MD. We are looking for someone who is LOCAL no more than about 10-15 min.
