Carpenter/ carpenter helper

Looking for carpenter helper for deck building and other home remodeling. Must be willing to learn, have transportation, and show up on time. Must be able to lift #80,climb ladder and use hand and power tools. drug and alcohol free.Work area is Mostly Carroll and Howard and some Frederick counties. no experience required, some helpful.
