We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our personalized care team at our brand new Assisted Living facility. As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in providing quality personalized resident care and ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Monitor and record vital signs.
Collaborate with the nursing team to create and implement care plans.
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
Assist with mobility and transfers.
Maintain a clean and organized environment for residents.
Qualifications:
Valid CNA certification in DC MD or VA
Med Tech certification is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
